Хм, здесь тоже нет никого... - Может это и к лучшему, есть время подумать над своими поступками. Я шла не слишком быстро, дабы разглядеть окружающий меня мир, мир новый и совсем не изученный. В дали виднелись кусты, подойдя к ним, чтобы не обходить и не совершать огромный крюк, я всё же решила прыгнуть в них. И вновь меня начали хлестать зелёные сучья кустарников. Это один из самых неприятных моментов в моей жизни. Теперь я перестала размышлять обо всём этом, как размышляют люди, я просто разграничила мир на то, что может причинить боль и то, что не причиняет боль. И, разграничив, я старалась избегать всего, причиняющего боль, то есть запретов и преград. Но, всё же кусты мне пришлось преодолеть, и после этого я вышла не некую площадку, зелёную площадку. Немного пройдя дальше, я заметила небольшое  сооружение. Что же это? Впервые вижу такое странное дерево... - Никогда раньше не видав дома, я всё же решилась полюбопытствовать и разузнать, что же это. Медленно и очень осторожно я шла по мягкой, зелёной траве. Почти бесшумно я пробиралась сквозь ветер, и мелкий никак не перестававший дождь. Подойдя ближе я огляделась по сторонам, пошевелив носом и понюхав воздух, в котором не было ничего не подозрительного. Шаг, ещё шаг. Ай... как больно... - Что-то резко кольнуло у меня в лапе. Моя шкура снова покраснела. Это было нечто железное и острое, впившееся в мою лапу. Пропрыгав несколько метров на трёх лапах, я легла на траву и начала вылизывать поражённое место. Немного полежав, я попыталась встать. Шаг, неудача, снова шаг и боль. Нет, сейчас ничего не выйдет, надо отлежаться.

Я всё ещё так же лежала на траве, как вдруг почувствовала запах. Запах этот был понятен для меня, но незнаком. Можно было точно сказать, что это волк, но нельзя было сказать, что из Снежных Теней. М, в конце концов это не война стай, так что ничего противозаконного не случится, если я познакомлюсь с новой особой. Лапа уже почти не болела, от такого изнурительного вылизывания не факт, что что-то заболит. Вдруг дождь кончился - Наконец-таки моя шкура высохнет, о Боже, опять вылизываться. Вот заботы, да, у всех дел по горло, а я вот тут лежу, вылизываюсь. Бред. - Солнце ослепительно било мне в глаза. Да, и всё же я беспредельно наслаждалась такой жизнью - охота, ловля рыбки, блуждание по новым, незнакомым землям. В моменты моего раздумья, на поляну вышла довольна-таки не молодая волчица. Шкура её была такая же мокрая как и моя. Мы с ней были похожи внешне - белая шерсть, карие глаза, мускулистое тело, но внутренне мы все разные, мы можем походить друг на друга характерами, но отличатся разумом или наоборот. - Неосторожно - С задумчивым видом произнесла наша незнакомка. Немного поразмыслив над её словами и осмотрев её внешний вид, я промолвила следующее. -Я привыкла соизмерять свою силу и слабость, соображая, когда надо проявить отвагу, а когда - осторожность. Оказалось, что осторожность следует соблюдать всегда, за исключением тех случаев, когда уверенность в собственных силах позволяет дать волю злобе и жалости. - К концу своей речи я стала снижать тон голоса, на несколько ниже. В самом начале в нём слышалось объяснение, но потом оно стало переходить в тихие звуки или мямлянье. Хм... и к чему я тут распинаюсь перед незнакомой мне волчицей, которая вторглась в моё уединение. - Подумала я и вскоре в мою "светлую" голову пришла новая мысль - Ну, ладно, ведь как я уже поняла, она не несёт с собой ничего плохого. Скорее всего она так же как и я искала место отдалённое от волков. Она как и я искала уединения. - Всё это время я наблюдала за движениями волчицы, стоявшей напротив меня и ехидно смотревшей на мою лапу. Я попробовала было подняться на ноги, сделала несколько безуспешных попыток и упала. Выздоровление моей лапы так затянулось, что мышцы на ногах ослабли от первоначальной боли, хотя лапа уже не болела. Мне было стыдно своей слабости, как будто я в чём-то провинилась перед незнакомкой. И, сделав героические усилия я встала на все четыре лапы, пошатываясь из стороны в сторону.

Сама не много не поняв своего поведения я перестала покачиваться и твёрдо встала на лапы. О это безумное слово гордость, а почему только слово безумное? Безумна и сама гордость. Вот, так всегда, как только я собираюсь побыть одна, всегда кто-то приходит. Как только я вижу незнакомца, у меня тут же выскакивает гордость. Обычно она проявляется в более позднее время, например после того, как мы уже познакомимся. Но сегодня какой-то слишком унылый день. Так странно, что я не умею ей управлять, ведь гордость очень неугомонная вещь. Так, хватит эти бессмысленные рассуждения о моей необъятной гордости. Несмотря на мою безграничную любовь к летнему времени, которая должна была оказать на меня смягчающее и цивилизующее влияние, во мне заглохли склонности диких предков, разбуженные Севером. Верность и преданность - черты, рождающееся под сенью мирных очагов, были мне свойственны, но на ряду с ними таились во мне жестокость и коварство дикаря. Я больше кажись и не была благородной волчицей Снежных теней. Лишь за мой характер и преданность стае я стала правой лапой и сдружилась с вожаком стаи. Но характер, как многим известно очень изменчивая штука. Нет, теперь я была первобытным зверем, пришедшем к благородной стае. Милосердия первобытные существа не знали. Они его принимали за трусость. Милосердие влекло за собой смерть. Убивай или будишь убит, ешь или тебя съедят - таков первобытный закон жизни. И этому закону, дошедшему до меня из глубины времён, повиновалась я. Я была старше того времени в котором жила, той жизни, что шла вокруг. Во мне прошлое смыкалось с настоящим, и, как мощный ритм вечности, голоса прошлого и настоящего звучали во мне попеременно, - это был как прилив и отлив, как смена сезона года.
Та незнакомая волчица всё ещё смотрела на меня, говоря мне какие-то слова. Слова, которые я не расслышала, вследствие чего мне пришлось ответить через некоторое время, дабы понять, что она сказала и не переспрашивать. - Полежала бы еще, авось, получше бы стало - Наконец-таки поняв, что же сказала белая волчица, я тотчас же поспешила ответить. Нет, нет, что вы, мне на много лучше. - Несколько постояв, я всё же села, не показывая своей боли. И опять гордость. Опять она управляет мной и моим разумом. Гордость казалось бы помогает мне становится сильнее, возможно я ошибаюсь, но мне она нравится. Уф, наверное она так и не соизволит познакомится, так что начну я. - Переломив свою гордость я промолвила первой данные слова. М, а как прикажете вас называть, уважаемая?

Я всё ещё не могла отойти от боли в лапе. Я понимала, что эта, волчица повидала на много больше, чем я, и что она уже давно разгадала всю мою гордую натуру. Но, чтобы не предстать перед ней в неловком положении я продолжала медленно переходить из своей гордости в обычную волчицу, коей я являлась всегда. Но первобытный зверь был ещё силён во мне, и в жестоких условиях новой жизни он всё более и более торжествовал над всем остальным. Но это оставалось незаметным. Пробудившаяся во мне звериная хитрость помогала мне сдерживать свои инстинкты. К тому же необходимость приспосабливаться к новой обстановке держала меня в постоянном напряжении и требовала таких усилий, что она не только не бунтовала и не лезла в драку, но и по возможности избегала всяких стычек. В моём поведении заметна стала некоторая осторожность и осмотрительность. Я не была склонна к стремительным и опрометчивым действиям. Закончив свои рассуждения о жизни и характере, я перехожу в раздумье над нашей новой знакомой, так называемой Чайкой. Как я уже успела заметить, она довольно не молода, но энергична. Долгое время смотря на меня она произнесла надуманное. - Я не буду приказывать тебе, волчица из стаи Снежных Теней, на то у меня нет прав. - В голосе её послышался хрип, что ещё раз указывает на выше изложенную речь. Нет прав... - Зачем-то повторила я и вновь затихла. Неужели я сказала это в слух, о Боже, вскоре мои мысли одолеют меня, а гордость поглотит мою душу. - Гордость, а может это уже и не гордость совсем, а только лишь, то что от неё осталось. Возможно, что мой первобытный зверь, так яростно бушующий во мне, поглотил и её. Хотя кто меня знает, я выясню это только тогда, когда уединюсь и наконец-таки поразмышляю над своим характером. Хотя как я могу уединиться? Ведь мне не только мешают резные незнакомцы. Вот, именно тот зверь начинает говорить во мне тем самым вторым голосом. Теперь у меня такое ощущение, что я вскоре разорвусь на две части, в одной из которых будет ещё оставшаяся часть моего здравого разума, а вот другой частью меня будет управлять тот самый зверь, первобытный зверь. - Чайкой можешь звать меня, я буду не против- Вновь я услышала её голос, знаете, он мне уже начинает нравится. Чем-то мы с ней тоже похожи, только у меня походу дела раздвоение личности наступает. Она не против... - О Боже, опять же моя гордость выскакивает из меня, а нет же, гордость поглощенная зверем, иным зверем. - Называйте меня Саена, думаю, именно так вам будет удобнее. - С небольшой улыбкой на белой морде я высказала Чайке.
Снова пристав, я решила размять лапы, для дальнейшей прогулки. - Наконец мои мышцы окрепли вновь. Я опять чувствую силу своих лап. Можно продолжить путь. Возможно наша новая знакомая соизволит составить нам компанию. - Но как же она узнает мои мысли, если только она не обладает телепатическими способностями. Но моя гордость или ещё что-то, я уже честно говоря запуталась в том, что мною управляет, не давала мне её пригласить. Может она всё-таки телепат.

Чайка, эта волчица мудра и хитра, она умеет проникать в самою глубину души, а потом выходить из неё ничего при этом не затронув. Но, теперь мне приходится попрощаться с ней. О небеса, я смогу побыть одна. Как я счастлива. Я тоже счастлив. - Нет, ну зачем, зачем ты появился, так вот невзначай, взял и влез в мою жизнь, до твоего появления я была примерной волчицей, но никак не бунтаркой, жаждущей крови. Чайка покидала нас медленными, но широкими шагами. Да, похоже волчице не понравилось наше общество. - Замолчи, я не хочу сходить с ума, мне глубоко безразлично, что там на уме у едва знакомой мне волчице. Меня сейчас больше волнует мой покой. Куда бы мне пойти. Моя лапа до сих пор болит, но это уже не так страшно. Стоя на одном месте, она у меня не пройдёт. Надо идти. - Замолкни, я и без твоих советов могу решить, что мне делать и как мне поступить. Я кинула свой взор на небеса. Там всё сильнее кружили серые как волки облака, показывая, что вскоре вновь пойдёт снег. О, эта череда сезонов. Я здела несколько хромых шагов и отправилась в сторону лесного склона.

??Let us start with the most important – the recent warning on Aug 3th against Esperio(esperio.org) issued by the Ukrainian regulator National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC). You may check the warning on the screenshot below.

??So Esperio is a blacklisted brokerage as the Ukrainian regulator NSSMC put it on its list with doubtful investment projects. That‘s effectively a warning, and it serves as solid evidence of a scam, but in this particular case, it’s not official proof. NSSMC is not a top-tier regulator, which means that the alert is not as weighty as usual, but at the end of the day, a warning is a warning, and you should avoid Esperio!

??WikiFX also paid a visit to the broker‘s official website to learn more. At a first glance, Esperio seems like a decent enough broker. The other issue is that SVGFSA, the financial authority in St. Vincent, does not license or monitor brokers, meaning that the reviewed broker is NOT REGULATED, which is yet another major red flag! Unregulated offshore brokers are always suspicious, and it’s not recommended to trade with them!

??Esperio provides MetaTrader4 and MetaTrader5 platforms, which are the undisputed leaders in retail Forex trading. Брокерская компания «Телетрейд» уже давно известна как мошенническая структура, выкачивающая деньги из инвесторов.

Тем не менее, имена тех, кто разрабатывает и воплощает в жизнь многочисленные преступные схемы, звучат редко, а иногда и вовсе неизвестны. В этой статье несправедливость будет частично исправлена. Ее героем стал Сергей Сароян — директор сети Телетрейд в Украине. Но начать стоит с первых лиц, в частности, с «отца-основателя» международного форекс-мошенничества, главы империи Телетрейд Владимира Чернобая. Правосудие так и не настигло его — смерть оказалась проворней.

Наследники Чернобая: вдова Анна Чернобай Олег Суворов, племянник — а также те, кто кормился с его стола при жизни, продолжают зарабатывать налаженными покойником методами. Правоохранительные органы нескольких стран квалифицировали эти методы как «мошенничество в особо крупных размерах». Уголовные дела по соответствующим статьям возбуждены на брокера Телетрейд в России и Казахстане.

А вот в Украине, где Телетрейд с таким же успехом обдирает клиентов, уголовному преследованию брокера до сих пор не подвергали. Похоже, что региональный директор Сергей Сароян действительно «не зря» занимает свое теплое местечко и в состоянии «отмазать» вверенную ему структуру от нежелательного внимания властей и полиции. Под крылышком у своего руководителя Телетрейд продолжает безнаказанно похищать деньги украинцев, а множество жалоб остаются без ответа.

Какую роль играет Сергей Сароян в преступлениях Телетрейд

Сергей Сароян известен как человек с непомерным самолюбием и зашкаливающими амбициями. Он умеет располагать к себе издали, с трибуны или через интернет, щедро раздает обещания, но выполняет их лишь тогда, когда видит прямую выгоду для себя. Стоит познакомиться с ним поближе, на поверхность выплывает его хитрость и двуличность. Сароян строго блюдет свои интересы и готов прогнуться под любую ситуацию, лишь бы сохранить статус-кво. Однако иногда все его старания оказываются тщетными — несколько лет назад он потерял сладкую должность в Телетрейд и остался не у дел. Прежде чем раскрывать детали, рассмотрим его карьерный путь поподробнее.

Сергей Сароян — выпускник Одесской академии связи и свою карьеру начал с работы по специальности. В телекоммуникационной компании он не хватал больших звезд с неба и решил отличиться в глазах руководства иначе — в качестве доносчика. В обмен на поблажки и бонусы он предложил начальству информацию о том, чем «дышит» коллектив, кто с кем дружит и враждует, о чем говорят в курилках и тому подобное. Однако предложение не встретило отклика, и несостоявшегося стукача вынудили уволиться. Свой талант доносчика Сароян реализовал позже, уже в Телетрейд.

Здесь он, казалось, нашел себя и раскрыл потенциал. В 2005-2006 гг. Сергей Сароян занимал должность регионального куратора в Украине. Фактически, он являлся первым лицом Телетрейд в стране и руководил более чем тремя десятками офисов в десятках городов. Кроме того, Сароян отвечал за деятельность офисов за рубежом — ему подчинялись филиалы в  Португалии, Италии, Венгрии, Польше, Малайзии и т.д.

Эта руководящая работа очень хорошо оплачивалась — Сергей Сароян катался как сыр в масле. И если вы думаете, что платили ему за общественно полезную деятельность, вы ошибаетесь. Как все руководители Телетрейд, Сароян сидел на проценте от суммы с характерным названием «инаут» (in-out). Инаут — это разница между вводом клиентских денег в компанию и выводом из нее. И в Телетрейд это составляло гигантскую сумму. Лишь в украинских офисах люди ежемесячно инвестировали полтора миллионами долларов и более, а выводили в три раза меньше — около 500 тысяч. Инаут выходил в размере миллиона, и от этой суммы Сергей Сароян получал 3%. Таким образом, его доход составлял не менее 30 тысяч долларов в месяц. Однако его алчность требовала большего. Сергей Сароян пытался избежать вообще какого-либо вывода средств из компании и для этого требовал у подчиненных уговаривать клиентов участвовать в сугубо мошенническом проекте «Биржа трейдеров». Торговать на бирже — сложная и нервная деятельность, а данный проект обещал соизмеримый пассивный доход путем доверительного управления средств клиентов. Брокер не имеет права этим заниматься, поэтому «Биржа трейдеров» рекламировалась как независимый проект, в котором работают трейдеры-профессионалы, не имеющие отношения к Телетрейд. На самом деле, трейдеры были полностью подконтрольны, и по звонку от Сарояна сливали доверенные им деньги в ноль, иногда меньше чем за сутки.

Несмотря на почти что вдохновляющее название, брокер не особо смог заслужить похвалу от трейдеров, особенно российских. Впрочем, судя по официальному сайту, именно на них он и ориентируется.

Итак, автор с ником MEMFIS1990 уверяет, что никому не удастся заработать с этим брокером. Согласно его комментарию, Esperio просто не выводит деньги. Мужчина уверяет, что все положительные отзывы на официальном сайте компании — фейковые. Он советует трейдерам работать только с проверенными брокерами, а не ноунеймами.

Следующий автор с ником Raspop нашел только один положительный момент у этого брокера. В отзыве он упоминает, что Esperio не скрывает отрицательной доходности по своим портфелям.

Как чёрный брокер Esperio маскируется под нормального

Далее, у брокера обязана быть лицензия на данный вид деятельности. Её выдают финансовые государственные регуляторы: подробнее об этой системе полезно прочитать в соответствующей статье нашего блога. В островном офшоре есть собственный финансовый госрегулятор под названием Financial Services Authority. Самый надёжный и при этом простой способ проверки наличия лицензии следующий: зайти на официальный сайт регулятора и ввести название компании в поиск. Результат отрицательный: ни OFG Cap. Ltd, ни Esperio в FSA не лицензировались. Так что компания не имеет разрешения на финансовую деятельность даже в заявленной стране регистрации, которая, впрочем, тоже оказалась фейковой.

Впрочем, даже в случае легального оформления юрлица и лицензирования по месту регистрации этого недостаточно для работы в правовом поле Российской Федерации. Оказывать брокерские услуги в стране можно исключительно по лицензии Центробанка РФ. Российский регулятор, как и все его иностранные коллеги, призван способствовать прозрачности рынка и ведёт открытые реестры держателей своих допусков и чёрные списки. Поиск по реестрам на сайте ЦБ РФ показывает, что брокер Esperio ему знаком. Он загремел в чёрный список компаний с признаками нелегального профучастника рынка ценных бумаг. Этот корректный термин обозначает лохоброкера: всё-таки не полагается почтенному государственному регулятору такую терминологию использовать.

Обратите внимание на сайты, перечисленные на скриншоте из чёрного списка Центробанка РФ. Видно, что мошенники часто запускают зеркала своего сайта. Этому может быть только одна причина: их блокировка за мошенничество для российских пользователей, которые являются основной целевой аудиторией лжеброкеров.

На момент написания обзора провайдеры РФ пока не перекрыли доступ к esperio.org. Однако, судя по активности лохоброкера, и эта мера не за горами.
